Ha ha! So Im trying to slowly cut back on the fluff, not in a rush but motivated. Come home after a good leg session and I see a freshly baked apple pie, and my favorite damn chips Ruffles sour cream and onion sitting on the counter. It's 10:30 at night! I can't eat it now! Or can I? LOL, just wanted to share. She knows what's she's doing too. Evil I tell you...

See I thought it was just my wife did that sh** to me. "I went grocery shopping and got you some burritos to snack on and lime tostitos and I bought some brownies to bake but you don't have to eat them I know you're starting to cut for summer"

i feel your pain. my wife tried Paula Dean's banana pudding. i said i will just taste it.............next thing i know i am lying on the couch with a swollen belly and 2/3 are gone

Well I had a few chips last night, that's it. It's a very good thing I didn't touch the pie or else I might have been killed in my sleep last night lol. The pie was for today, a Good Friday picnic with the kids.

Tell you what though, if it was cheese cake or pineapple upside down cake, 2/3rds of it would have been gone as well! Ha ha!

The pie has fruit in it and fruit is good for you, the chips are made of potato and they are good for you. I'd eat them both, and probably all of them and then lay on the couch in a coma LOL

lol your a sucker for pie and chips too. its not ruffles for me, its kettle brand barbeque. those are the best tasting chips to hit the face of this earth, and are extremely dangerous for me. they were sitting on the kitchen island last night while i was cooking calling my name "nips...niiiiiiiips, come have a taste," but ive learned this lesson too many times before bc if i did have a taste guaranteed the same as you all the bag would have been gone, and i would have been pissed at myself. favorites pies are blackberry & apple, and any cheesecake will get me, oh and carrot cake with cream cheese icing.

A way to a mans heart!!!!! I bake a lot and Fuzo says the same but he is a real sweet monster,lol.!!!! Always good to have some comfort food around

My wife bakes all the time! I love it and hate it, lol! If she was a shitty baker then it wouldn't be so hard, but through the years she's learned my favorites. I don't care what time of the day it is, if she made oatmeal raisin cookies, I'd be laid out in a coma with an empty gallon jug of milk in my hand lol!

Happens to me every time! For instance, I recently started cutting after my knee surgery. Well, my wife has been doing great on a diet for a few weeks. I am into my second week now and this week she has eaten Chuck E Cheese pizza, subway, Los Portales (My FAVORITE mexican restaurant), etc....I told her I wish I could be on the diet she's on. And then she turns around and says "We need to hurry up and lose the weight before vacation." I laughed and said "We don't."

But it never fails...when I start a diet, she will come home with cupcakes, brownies, and make gallons of sweet tea. It kills me! Good to know it's not just at my house
