anyone ever get sick with no warning?

I was sitting in a meeting yesterday and felt fair by the end of the meeting maybe 1 hr my head felt all tingly and my nose started running and i felt hot.

After the meeting a peer commented that half way through the meeting I slumped in my chair and my cheeks flushed. she put her hand on my head and said i felt hot. (now that I type this, is it possible she has a crush on me? LOL)

i went home and crashed on the couch, chills, fever, sore throat, my nose stopped up.

never had it "hit" like that. I am home today sitting on my laptop on the couch wrapped in a blanket wishing my wife was here to take care of me. (yeah i am a baby when sick.)

just thought it was strange. any of you ever got sick like this?

Actually, thats the way I get when I view one of zoots post.

Lately though, the dude has been giving us fair warning....in an effort to reduce long term emotional scarring, I guess.
