What about the employee's 1st amendment right to have choice in their contraceptives? 90% of my catholic patients are on birth control. DOes my brother's muslim CEO now have the right to purchase health insurance that does not help pay for alcohol counseling or rehab or infection with taenia solium that causes seizures because their employee ate pork? Does a Jehovah's witness CEO now get an insurance rider that excludes blood transfusions? FOr the life of me, I would not want to employ female employees who cannot control their reproduction. They make lousy employees....
