If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
It seems like all sites have slowed down on the number of educated post - like the old days of elitefitness. What is happening.
It seems like this is the only site that is active anymore. Does anyone know what the deal is????

i noticed this too. i am guessing because this is a new board, has a lot of the good bros here, and it is set up nicely
yes, I agree this is a great board with lots of the long time bros. But it still seems like overall everything has slowed down. Anybody know why????

Everyone goes through their spurts so it's no big deal in my eyes...just wait till summer starts rolling around again...we'll all wish it was just like this now....boards are seasonal as well.

My post count has slowed because I have already learned everything I can...
Yeah right, I was registering for school today and looking up classes instead of posting like I should be.
I've noticed on other boards for example a new guy looking for comments on a cycle will get so many different suggestions that he doesnt know any more after he posts than he did before. I think for the most part every one here is in a little more of an aggrement or will tell them nicely if there way off. That may be part of it or it may be just the seasonal thing ?
