  • Under sink reverse osmosis

Anyone have one? Would really like to add this but all i find are units that attach to a second faucet. I just want one that connects inline, similar to a fridge.
    Any ideas?

I would like to have that. It is pretty costly isn't it?

100-150 but the filters last almost a year. Better than the PUR filter that takes up so much space and is expensive.

Wal-mart has this in stock but I went with amazon for about 15.00 less.

Amazon.com: Filtrete Under-Sink Advanced Water Filtration System (3US-PS01): Home Improvement

Not a reverse but its better than nothing.

so you would need 2, one for hot and one for cold?

Technically yes, but I don't think they work with hot. I could be wrong.

Reverse osmosis units are for use on the cold water system
only. Reverse osmosis units are not recommended for installation
in households served by wells that produce hot water (> 77°
                F) from geothermal sources. Hot water will destroy the membrane,
which is designed for cold-water use only

All up and running and tastes great. Very clean.

Install took almost an hour because I had to run to the hardware store and pick up different fittings. Box came with the wrong size. Super impressed.
