food poisoning
Well Im back from the dead...I think! I had food poisoning last thursday. Had explosive diarrhea and vomiting for 12 hours before it let up at all. this was in the middle of the night and sucked assssssssssss!!!! lost 6lbs in 24 hours. it either came from subway or taco taco bueno....not eatting either for a while!

i worked for the health department for 14 years. i saw it all. most of the time its from poorly handled lettuce or spinach not spoiled meat.
