Anybody have any idea how to fix this??? Please!!

      I had something like that happen once. Check Tools->Internet Options. Then under Temporary Internet files click settings. Then it will say Check for newer versions of stored pages: Make sure that is checked to Automatic.

      Deleted cookies and Delete files on that same window. Another thing click the Advance tab and click Restore Defaults.

      Anything can be fixed.....

        Looks like IE is damaged. Remove and reinstall. This is a pain in the ass.

        [Start] [Run] [Regedit]
        Registry Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components\{89820200-ECBD-11cf-8B85-00AA005B4383}
        Modify/Create the Value Data Type(s) and Value Name(s) as detailed below.
        Data Type: DWORD // Value Name: IsInstalled
        Setting for Value Data: [Change the Value from 1 to 0]
        Exit Registry

        Once you have made the appropriate registry changes install Internet Explorer 6. The Internet Explorer 6 download includes Outlook Express 6. Reboot and test for proper operation.

            That's what I would do. If it comes down to reinstalling it is not to hard. I just did it for fun. When you download IE SP1 it will not install all the files only those needed. The registry edit tricks IE to think it's not on the computer and replaces all files.

                    Glad you got it fixed without having to do anything major. Only reason I knew the answer was it happened to me once. (That is computer nerd in denial reasoning.)

                    I agree it will drive you absolutely nuts though.
