ok i'm back, had a great workout!!! hell yeah. Ok get this, me and my partner were working out with the 95lb dumbells on incline presss, this guy is doing flat dumbell press next to us with 60's. Not that 95 is alot or anything but this a-hole went and goe the 110lb dumbells & "rolled" them over there, then asked my partner to spot him...... he couldn't even do 1 rep WITH the spot, wtf??? it was terrible.Originally posted by bigjim33

hahahahahaha, funny shit bro. Ive seen that alot when people think they can lift alot and they end up lokking like jackasses. Like this once my buddy told me that this old fart at his gym thought he was the shit. He was big and all, he was walking like a maniac thinking hes the shit. This guy was screaming the whole time, he was gonna do some dead-lifts with some seriousl weight. He trying to get all pumped up or something, then he reaches down and starts his reps screaming like an animal. Then all of a sudden he drops the weight because the asshole pulled a muscle. Thats what he gets for showing off, I mean this guy was showing off in front of some chicks.
