Online computer repair! Awesome!!!!

I have been having computer issues for weeks with both computers at home and work. Pop ups, slow downs, etc etc. Extremely frustrating!
I usually take my computer into the shop and a minimum fee is $90...well,today I found an online company that will fix your computer from remote and you dont have to physically take it to the shop. My office computer took them about an hour to fix. My home computer, the guy fixed it in 10 minutes. Bingo! LOL
I hope it is safe. They are i India. They have Better Business Bureau rating, so I am assuming they are legit. Sure is nice to have my computer running great again!!! No more hauling it across town in my car !!!! Oh yaaaaa...I signed up for a year of tech suppport.

Anyone else use a service like this? Man, this sure saved me a shitload of hassle and money

sounds kinda scary lol. Not sure I would want somebody from india getting into my computer. We will check back with you in a couple weeks to make sure the bank accounts and credit cards aren't drained lol

Yep. I agree. Scary as hell. I was hesitant, but they claim to have been in biz 5 years..hell, you never know. Is anything secure anymore? Ths company looks very legit and they did a kick ass job on my computers, all in about an hour. No waiting for 3 days while my computer is in the shop. So far they are damn good. No waiting on the phone. They get right to you and start on your problem immediately. Very polite people. But all those indians are polite. lol
