i take tylenol simply sleep.... same as the PM's minus the painkilling drug.... It has been working great for me....

I got about 3 hours which will carry me through but I also got 7.5 hours of overtime which makes it worth it. a coctail of morphine, sodium pentabarbitol and ketamine work well for putting me to sleep. JOKE! when I cant sleep get some nyquil that stuff puts me out like a light.

EQ keeps me up....i sleep maybe 4 hours a nite if im lucky, my body wants to sleep but my mind is running on overtime, i have to go a little better than nyquil if i wanna sleep....
