Hey guys!!


if you met a girl that was not typically the kind of chick you would go for---for those of us who tend to be into the more fit lean, hard working gym rat.

If you met a girl who was a little fluffy, not overweight at all. let's say she was 5'4" and weight 150lbs.....and YOU know that if she dropped to 125lbs she would be of incredible caliber.

And she showed you pics of herself a couple of years old, when she was 125 and looked too hot.
And at this point she was committed to making the changes necessary for herself to be smaller and healtheir again.

Would you stick it out with her the next 6 months or so until she made the changes again?

I have asked both a close female and male friends of mine this questions as well.

Around a month ago, I met a chick that just drives me insane. There is something really magical about her.
Long story short, she is 5'-4 150lbs right now and is committed to making life lasting changes to her body.

Both my friends said that I should stick it out with her.

She is NOT a body I would be attracted to at all. But somehow she got through my screaning process

hell ya brother! listen looks dont mean shit, yes they are importany but whats really important is how you feel how they make you feel. does she make you happy? can she be trusted? if she is a great girl with a great personality and you can be with her at 150lbs imagine how much more amazing she will be when u like her body as much as you like her. if she worth it brother stick around.

Ok..so I guess I will be the only guy here that is gonna tell the truth...looks mean everythi g..when was the last time you got a bonner off a girls great personality. .theres not one of ou that would do what advise your give ....if you dig fat chics..just say you dig fat chics..dont be fake and say youd stick it out for 6 months tryi g to make her skinny just so you could **** her.....lies!!!..trice..you do you brother..but im not banging a fat chic..call me shallow...but at least you can call m fake..plus..after you make her skinny..shes gonna leave your ass anyways....

you can get a physical attraction from a shitload of chicks. Getting the other side of it is alot harder. Now don't go into it thinking its guarenteed that you will change her, if you do thats great, but don't go 6 months and be like you aint lost no dam weight I'm gonna dump your ass now lol. If she does stick with it and lose weight thats great for both of you, but if she don't then what?

I knew I could come here and get some good sense of this situation.

I am not vane, I work hard on being humble in life----but I always like to have a good looking body by my side---I know it sounds contradictory..... Sorry but this matters to me.

She and I had a long sit down, she wanted to hire a trainer, but instead we weight all the options_pros and cons.
I did a consultation with her, and prescribed her 100 hours of training, where she will undergo a foundation, build, burn, build, burn phases.
My math according to the work ahead tells me that she can lose 30lbs in the next 35 weeks time, while building lean tissue.

I made a complete meal plan for her, and she is also my client full time (3 times per week).


This week she sent me BLUE roses to my work. Blue is my color. She told me that it took her 12 days to get those sent to me, because they are so rare. So yes she is a keeper for sure.


Speedy good question: If she follows the plan, she will not fail. In the end she is doing this for herself, but as added now that she has met me, she wants to be fit more than ever.
