Military (AF) Promotion

Hey FG Family,

Need some help from those with experience in this. Do I really have to dress up for my wife's promotion deal? I'm trying to get away with jeans and a shirt lol, but my wife won't have any of it. She wants me to wear slacks, dress shirt, a tie, and cut my hair! i aint cutting my hair for nobody! Wel I hope I can stick to my guns and not touch my hair. I would have to go and buy new clothes because I have none that fit.

Just wondering what's expected dress wise for these ceremonies. It doesnt even seem that long looking at whats going to happen and stuff. I'll be the one pinning her to Captain, which is pretty cool. I thought somebody else was doing that so now I'm a little nervouse ha ha...

Doesn't matter how everyone else dresses. If the wife wants you dressed up...better do it. If the wife wants the hair cut... cut the damn hair you hippie!!!! Sounds like it's a big achievement for her.. so doing all those little things will help show her how proud you are of her.

Dont cut the hair but wear some black slacks black shoes and a nice shirt that hangs out and looks good.
