i am sure they help alot. going from training with no mouth piece to a bulky one that inhibits airflow makes a huge diff especially for one like me sho has had their nose broken and cant breathe well through it. my match is saturday night. i thought about getting one of these about half way through camp but too expensive and it takes time to work.

i have seen guys train with a nose plug and a snorkle as well. hey if it gives you an edge as i am sure it does.

LOOKS UNCOMFORTABLE...AND HOT! BUT I GUESS IT WOULD HELP WITH BREATHING OR TEACH YOU TO BREATHE DIFFERENTLY

wow, talk about the timing. for the 1st time ever i saw someone lifting weights with one of these things yesterday. i figured he was using it as a preventative measure from the flu.

I know a dude that fights that wears one on the treadmill and shit. He weighs 140lbs and the mask weighs his head down like a pitbull puppy. He looks like a fool but he says it helps. More power to him. I never saw Mike Tyson wear one. But I am sure Evander Holyfield would have appreciated it!

I could see someone wanting to wear one all the time to simulate high altitude...People will be shopping at wall mart in a gas mask looking fitness device...LOL...football teams preparing to come to Denver should practice in these...You could probably guy a World war 2 gas mask at an army surplus store that would do the same thing...
