Obama took an oath to uphold the constitution. Now he wants to use an executive order to bypass congress and the constitution and impose a tax on ammo.

From what I understand he will try to use the executive order to pass the ban on certain firearms.
Not upholding the Constitution in any way!
That in itself, not to mention all the other unconstitutional things he's done , is justification for impeachment!

the executive order the president uses often was meant to enforce laws already in place e.g. immigration; not to be used on passing new laws.
