Back pain from a shot

Of test in my glute yesterday, today I have pain in my lumbar and sciatic pain down the back of my leg...Damn, this sucks...I must have shot a nerve...I am going to try and stretch it out and carry the hell on, I have to work today...this ever happen to you?

I don't think you hit a nerve as the sciatic nerve is deeper in than a needle would get too, but a muscle may be inflamed and therefore pressing on the nerve. Maybe try some of your great natural anti-inflammatories and some heat to the area to increase bloodflow and relax the muscles.

Its a deep dull ache, like way deep...I went a little more medial than usual with this shot...I just need to go out and run it off, get off my ass, you now

Don't do any stairs and try not to just sit all day. the worst things to do if you have a sciatic nerve compressed I know you know what to do Dzone,
