shit teekahty and I have been playing texas holdem at work all week and weekend we are starting to kick ass! (that's why I'm going to the casino). I was afraid that would be to hard to play at a table, do you disagree bigsoda?

well depends,T holdem is a skill game mostly on betting,not playin imo,if u know how to bet go for it ,or watch for a while before u sit.Its a great game.

i prefer 3 card poker or bacharat(sp)...bach is the best game there is, if you get a good run you can rake in some big $$, but, usually the odds favor the casionos in everygame, thats why they make billions of dollars a year. slots involve no skill...just stick your money in and pull the lil lever. lol

If you don't know how to play, you don't want to play anything but slot machines, and maybe one big bet on either red or black at a craps table. Texas holdem or any other variant of poker is the last thing you want to play if you don't know how to play.

In a casino the only way you can have a chance at a fair game is to play a table game with a rake(holdem, 7-card stud etc). That way you are playing 'even odds' with every other player at the table and not playing against the house. If you are playing against the house, you can't win in the long run.
