as a veteran i hated it...the script was a shuffled copy and paste of the old script fine,but each scene they explained what was going on like it's atraining video or that the audience is just that dumb and couldn't figure it out...hollywood really is f'n things up lately...the remake is terrible compared to the original

if i had no military background and never saw the first one, then i'd probably enjoy it more...i'm very picky with my movie reviews

I respect that though since you have been through it. While it has a minimal correlation I hate seeing people call some shit bbq when its not. Crock pot ribs, crock pot pulled pork...NOT BBQ. I BBQ, not shit that is passed off. END RANT....damn this cutting has me hungry and angry right now.

I thought it was a decent flick, like Irish said I get irritated at how lame movies and tv portray stuff but reality is most people are dumb, most people are spoon fed, most people need it all spelled out...when I go see a movie I try to not bring too much of "my reality" and just sit back an be entertained!

If not i would never go to movie lol!

thats like me..... it was filmed here and i seen, more then a few different occasions, the scenes being shot....it'll be cool by that aspect, but i dont like the fact that it started out about the chinease, then changed for political reasons...also....the first one had a great idea and, at the time, a certain reality to it, because of the big russian army....this one....? eh...better leave reality at the ticket booth and just enjoy shyt blowing up!
