Something for the wifey

Ill be in the market for something small for my wife. She is tiny, 5'2" and maybe 120lbs. I have my .45 springfield but its too big.

Long story short, I got home today and saw a maintenance man chasing a guy with a ski mask on. I rushed the kids inside with my wife locked the house down.
I just dont want her to ever be in a situation where I am not there to help.

What are some good options before I venture out to the local gun store.

very nice. Was thinking the same thing. Gonna check out 4-5 different options when we get to the range and let her squeeze off a few hundred rounds.

A 22 semi is a great (small) gun that she can carry in her purse.

yes but you shoot me with a 22 better hit my head or your wife gonna get hurt when I grab her. IMO 22 wont stop a 300 lb man but a 38 sure hurt ike hell

Exactly. My pops has a .357 that fits .38 also. He used to hide the 357 in one...surprise.

The girl I have dated and now friends is a hard core liberal Obama loving anti gun chick. Well, a 25 year old girl got gunned down in her parking garage of her apartment TODAY and is now thinking of taking gun classes and getting a gun . Heres the story.
