I believe it is not so much to do with it leaking out but that it doesn't expand and contract as much with temperature change as air does prob. Bc it is like you said a larger molecule.
But yes keeps it Inflated longer which means better fuel mileage and less checking tire pressure.

I just bought A beater 1990 f-250 275,000km and have a 1999 bmw528i 285,000 that I let someone drive and they messed the driver side up. I put a new door on but it's still primer grey ;-( but I'm too cheap to buy a new one. Still drives like a Beamer lol. And I have a 2002 cavalier 160,000km for traveling when I'm at work.
          Almost time for an upgrade.

Haha the cavalier does awesome in the snow especially with studs. But hey they say a vehicle is the most appreciated purchase for most people but it is the worst investment ever. IMHO buy houses not cars. Lol they are almost the same payment and last longer make more.

Rx7s. I read that those cars can give it when the time comes to go hard.

I have seen them over the years, nice for sure.

sperfast, and nixon yes your explanations make complete sense. I thought it would have to do with longevity of the rubber.
Technology is getting too advanced...what's next cars will NO tires

Recently got rid of an rx8, and got an x3. Have a mercury Milan too. If I lived close to work I'd drive a bicycle.
