It was so easy, I was shocked at how it just disappeared in mere minutes. My lack of guilt astonishes even me. It was pineapple and ham, and delicious. I think I have some sort of food high right now.

I pounded 3 plates at teh chinese buffet, then came home to a huge ice cream bowl.

mmmm my off season open diet has minutes left. Then I start to clean up and prep
