    At Tulloch castle in Dingwall, England a guests claimed they woke up in Room Eight, barely able to breathe, with the feeling he was being strangled. He said the room felt icy and two girls were sitting on his chest attempting to suffocate him. Other guests claim a former maid paces in the Pink Room and the Great Hall. Others say they have heard rattling door handles and other strange noises in the night.



    At Ballygally Castle Hotel, Northern Island the former lady of the castle in 1635, Isobella Shaw is said to pay guests visits before disappearing. According to local legend, Lord Shaw locked Isobella in a room after she gave birth to their son. She died falling out of a window in an attempt to escape. Legend has it that Isobella searches the castle for her son.



    At the Bear Hotel, in Hampshire England, built in 1795 guests report seeing ghost of a housekeeper who died in Room 22. They say she sits on the edge of their beds.



    The ghost of Lady Catherine is said to haunt Dalhousie castle in Edinburgh. Legend has it that Lady Catherine died from a broken heart. Hotel guests claim they have seen her wandering the hallways and heard the rustling of her skirt or scratching and tapping on doors. Both staff and guests say they have felt the feeling of someone tapping on their shoulder or pulling their hair - but no one is there.



    At the Fairmont Banff Springs hotel guests claim they've seen a bellhop dressed in full uniform on the ninth floor. The man, believed he is the ghost of former bellman Sam Macauley, who died in 1967, disappears after he has helped guests. On the hotel stairway tourists report feeling mysterious breezes. It's the spot where a bride tragically fell to her death on her wedding day.



    Taipei's Grand Hyatt resort was built over a former wartime political prison. Hotel guests and staff say it is haunted by the ghosts of inmates who were executed. The hotel has placed a Chinese sutra and sacred scrolls throughout the lobby in an attempt to ward off the ghosts.



    At the Royal George Hotel, Gloucestershire guests say they have seen a young girl crouched over and crying in Room 22. A woman in white reportedly floats up the stairs. Locals say the ghost is that of a squires daughter who killed herself after being separated from her lover by her father.



    At the Skirrid Mountain Inn, Wales, the ghosts of former convicts who were executed by hanging from a beam at the inn have haunted the property since 1110. Hotel guests claim to have felt ropes being tightened around their necks. They claim the rope left marks on their necks for days.



    At Colorado's Stanley Hotel Ms Elisabeth Wilson, a housekeeper, who died at the hotel in 1911 reportedly pays extra care to guests in Room 217. The ghost kindly unpacks and stores their belongings. Other guests report hearing the sounds of children running and laughing in the hallways on the fourth floor. While former hotel owner, Mrs Stanley likes to play her piano in the music room.



    Guests at Toftaholm Herrgrd, Sweden have reported strange noises, doors and windows being shut when they had left them open the night before. They say it is the work of a boy who was in love with the daughter of the baron who owned the manor. On the morning of his arranged marriage to another woman he hung himself in room 324.



    At Hotel Burchianti in Florence guests claim to have heard children skipping down the halls and seen a woman knitting in a chair. Guests in the Fresco Room,say they felt a presence watching them and an icy breath on their faces.

    Great thread gorgeous.I love Paranormal stuff and the F.I.S.T. family have firsthand experience with this in our own home.

    We love going on Ghost Tours and actually have caught voices on camcorder that we did not hear at the time we were filming.Even have a dog barking on one tape and there wasnt a dog in sight.
