I got bananas
20 liters of eggwhites
50lbs of extra lean ground beef
10lbs of just chicken breasts
2 large bags of quinois
10 avocadoes
3 liters skim milk (only for my coffees)
canned tomatoes
2 liters of chocolate ice cream
1 large package of apple scones (sweet pastry)
1 large case of water bottles for my truck

1.5 pd Pork tenderloin
2 pd Strip steak(sale usually sirloin)
3 pound chx breast
2 pd 90% ground

French beans
Asparagus
Brox
Cauliflower

Cherries
Pink lady apples
Green grapes
Pears

Ants on a log stuff
Premade tuna salad
Premade grain salad

Greek yogurts x10(wife eats then too)
Heavy fat cottage cheese
3 gal 1 percent milk
Choc milk

Peanut butter stuffed pretzels
Walnuts
Licorice

Pumpernickel bread
And 2 almond croissants

I get frozen vegatables, the bags are huge.
they have carrot, broccoli, cauliflower, green beens, and cucumbers. These are great.
I microwave them for 5 minutes and cooked.

I don't use anything fresh, no time and most of it goes to waste in the end, because you have to buy bulk

Mostly it's things I dont hunt, fish, or grow myself. whole chickens, bison, some fruits and veggies, almond milk, cerial, ice cream.

Typically shopping is done 2-3 times a wk at our home depending which store, market we hit
But the staples for a week

Almond milk
Skim milk
5 dozen egg paks
5-flats of chicken breast
2-bags of cod
Fresh green beans
Yams
Turkey bacon
Sandwich bread thins
Peanut butter
Greek yogurt
Lean ground beef
Bell peppers
Bananas
Mushrooms
Steel cut oats
4-5 flats of water
LOose leaf spinach
Seasonings
Siracy sauce (spelt that wrong I think )
Pam
Frozen blueberries
Strawberries
Few apples
Graham crackers
Cottage chesse
That's the majority of list....
