Sorry to hear it brother.Did you hit the gym today? If not,just let out all that built up stress on the iron.
Meditation is great to help relieve stress as well my friend.Take some time away from everyone and everything and just focus on your inner you.Works wonder brother.
And if none of that works,go pound it out on some cutie.Thats the BEST form of stress relief.
