he should have stopped and rendered aid. i hope the $$$ does not get him off the hook. like a $1,000,000 would still be getting off for this piece of crap. he needs to spend time in a thai jail

seems folks that hit bikes are more apt to run than if they hit a car

$$$ does help take care of legal problems there but also the cops are not hampered by the rules we have here. this guy better stay inside and never drive again. if they catch him who knows
