Leave ego out of it, growth is what we want not an injury due to trying to impress someone at the gym who could care less how much you lift. Rack deads from just below the knee are an outstanding exercise for a thick back. Get all the way up, slight arch in the back at the top but don't over exaggerate it. Control the weight up and down, full deload on the pins.

i like the deads at 10- 15 reps, might give it a go. i always go 6-8 but i think ill change it.all information is for entertainment purposes only and i dont condone the illegal use of steroids! iam just on here for fun and anything said is fictitious not real!!!!!!!!
