I highly recommend this book that I am reading

I have read oether books of hers but this one is really good and informative. I just picked it up at the library. It is a good raed for both men and women.

I am over halfway through this book and just got done with the chapter on HRT for men. I think that members here would benefit from more positive info regarding HRT andhow good it reall is for men. also, studies by a doc in the book showed that HRT doesNOT cause prostate cancer as some have said. Go get the book and read it!
