    Awlaki, who would become the first American targeted for death by the CIA, eventually was killed last September in Yemen by a U.S. drone strike.

    That was a messed up case if one believes in the Constitution. The President and the CIA have the power to assassinate American citizens apparently. Who would have ever believed that would happen? First time for everything I suppose. His teenage son, also a U.S., was assassinated as well. So why do we even have a court system?

    Some may take my stance on this wrong but I'll say it again, if you think the Constitution should be followed then there is no way to agree with killing U.S. citizens.
