They are all corrupt, but that Mayor even looks evil and corrupt. The only thing that is true of that city is that the murder rate is indeed down there. However, nobody talks about why it is down. It is a direct result of the gun law reversal a few years ago that now permits citizens of D.C. to own guns. I can't think of a more clear example then that.
