Leaders of the 26 states that challenged the federal health care law in court have one luxury with the outcome -- they can do nothing.

I guarantee the federal government will convince the states to comply. They will threaten to take highway funds, school funds, or something. It sounds good, and the fact that 26 states (a majority) want to block it, you'd think the law wouldn't have been passed by the worthless men in robes. Oh well, I guess this is good news temporarily. Perhaps if Romney wins then those states won't be coerced into supporting it but only time will tell.

This new "Tax" is similar to the tobacco tax. The difference is, they haven't forced us to buy tobacco...yet.

Lol, good point. You know what gets me is everyone talks about free health care in other countries like England and thinks that is what it will be here, but it's not free at all. In England they pay a healthcare tax on their paychecks, I believe it used to be 15% but not sure the rate now. Thus it's not free there either. And here the only people who will get free care are the ones who aren't working and paying taxes. The whole thing is ridiculous. Unemployment will be higher than ever after this thing kick in. I think it is going to be a complete disaster for our country, leading to the worst economics disaster of our lifetimes.
