Breast Implant Dilemma (not really a dilemma but whatever)

Here's the situation..

My wife's friend got a new pair of boobs and they look great! The wife is now cosidering implants but "doesn't want them too big."

Me, being the considerate husband that I am, am trying to be supportive. She asked what I thought and I lied through my teeth and said "hey i'm ok with whatever you decide."

Bottom line is she wants them a little bigger and I'd like to see her get the ones that may cause back problems in her old age. What can I say, Blackfoot is not a fully evolved modern man, and whatever.

How would you handle this potentially fun and, if all goes well, wrist spraining, situation?

My wife is pretty determined to get implants as well. In my opinion, if the wife is happy, then I'm happy. To me it's like women driving in big lifted trucks, it's just for attention, nothing more. But if my wife thinks I'm a horny bastard now, wait...just wait till it happens lol!

and btw, those of you who think i'm effin around.... i'm not! I really want her to get the bigguns but know they may not be what she wants (or is in her best interest)..... i want big ass Blackfoot to be extremely happy and i want Mrs. Blackfoot to feel more cofident, sexy, etc....

Keepin Mrs. Blackfoot happy, sexy and confident is the whole idea here, Right? So if her getting the jumbo headlights is going to inspire you even more to keep her happy and satisfied, then ya, she might as well get the big ones. The rewards she will get for doing so sound like they could be huge. Hell, you might get so inspired by her boobs that you start making more money and your business increases, then you have more money to spend on her. Its win win all the way bro. Everyone wins! Hahaha


Im not as much of a boob man as some guys are, They look great, I do love them, but I have been with enough small breasted women who were awesome, that I can easily overlook small boobs as long as she has other stuff going on in a big way. Like if she has an ass so hard and tight she can crack walnuts with it. Now that is sexy. lol

I think this is smart advice. I am sure you will be happy with whatever she decides. I know some women who went real big and it actually looks ridiculous and their posture is a bit hunched over which is not very sexy and that only gets worse. Have thought about doing it myself and Fuzo is okay with it either way, but I have a young daughter and I decide against because of her.

my wife got implants after she graduated college a few years ago. (at 34 years old working full time)

the doc said many women say they want them just a little bigger and regret it and get them bigger. go big or go home. we are glad my wife did. they look freaking awesome! natural and bouncy. went from an A cup to a D cup!

also went with a doctor who was hailed in "D" magazine as the CS of the year and considered an artist. cost $1500 more than some of the other docs we looked at but they are perfect. spend the $$$ get the mercedes, dont settle for the kia.

go with a top level surgeon, go bigger than she thinks she THINKS she wants them, schedule with 2-3 docs for consults, look at many pics ( so many boobs, so little time LOL) once the doc measures, let him give advice and heed it, if he says he thinks it would look better bigger, do it, smaller, do it. depends on many factors like space between breasts, body size ect.

good luck brother. its a wonderful journey and dont worry if they look like 2 stripper balloons at first they soften up and look good with time

I'd say be honest. Tell her you're boob guy. Tell her it's ultimately her decision how big to go, but give her your honest opinion. If she is anything like my wife, she'll consider your desires before her own 99% of the time.

Ive been told by a very good BA surgeon to always go alittle larger than what you may want, because most women will always wish they had gone larger once they have the surgery. I have them and I was going to go with 500cc implants, well the surgeon said go with 600cc's and I am very glad i did. Im a 36 D and happy and my surgeon got them really close together. You have to watch, cuz some surgeons do not know how to place them and she most certainly doesnt want this wide gap. Imo anything larger is just too much. DD's are not the easiest either to get the pretty bras unless you go to a custom bra shop and then they cost alot. FYI if she does get them, I suggest the Mentor brand Silicone, smooth round implants with the medium plus projection. Mentor is the largest manufacture of silicone implants and the smooth texture feel the most natural and dont leak because they are a cohesive/ like a gummy bear inside and wont rupture like saline implants. Let her make the decision tho then maybe suggest alittle larger if its 500cc or smaller. Alot depends on her frame. Is she a larger or kinda petite woman?

thanks for all of the advice everyone... i'm still really excited .. for her and me .. but see the other side of the coin .. body size (she's really petite), her being happy, etc... i said i wasn't fully evolved, but i'm workin on it.

going to definitely go with a reputable surgeon (no matter what the cost) thanks to the advice given.
