Ive got this big juice head that just wont shut up and grunts and moans real loud after every single rep its pathetic. Once I mocked him when he grunted I grunted and I was across the gym. Then everyone else started to do it,lol

Yeah we got them. We got a guy in town he manages a Herbs and More. He grunts every rep doesn't even do full range of motion. Then we have an older guy that does and he does it while doing abs, pull ups or any other non weighted routine. I want to punch them in the throat. I will grunt sometimes to let them know how silly. One of them I call Capton Jack Sparrow. Errrrrrrrrrrr ... Stupid ****s... Thanks Fuzo for getting me pissed off over this again. It's no respect to the others in the gym. The older guy sounds as if he is birthing a baby whale.Comment

i thought i was alone on this. eff the chin, eff the gut... punchin' someone in the throat def gets the job done! i usually have my headphones on too loud to notice anything but every once in a while i'll see some dipsh*t with 205 on the squat rack, wrapping the knees, turning up the volume on his headphones, pacing back and forth, getting himself psyched to do 2-3 reps.... and yeah, it's both annoying and funny as hell....Originally posted by BICEPBULG View Post

yea....we had this kid that used to bark!!! after every frikin rep!! he'd be doing bent over dumbell rows and have a range of movment about 2 inches (which he jerked to get there) and barks his number..... finaly one of the guys looked at him and said..."dude....shut the fuk up already!!!" everyone started to laff!! i hear he went to the gym down the road to workout....must be like a dogpuond there!!....HE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!
