Goat milk vs Cow milk

Have any of you drank goat milk? Sure looks like its a helluva lot better than cow milk. We are the only species of animal that actually drinks milk after infancy. Now we are starting to see all the problems this has caused. I dont know that any kind of milk is really 100% good, but maybe goat is ok.

Never tried it but I am loving vanilla flavoed coconut milk! Let us know if you try the goats milk. I know I hate goat cheese so possible I may not like the milk?

i have had it before. straight from the goat. also my uncle used to manage a dairy farm so we had fresh cows milk.

both were better than what you buy at the store.

goats milk was thicker and it was a shock that while it tasted like cows milk it was different

I got to say, I will take coconut, rice or almond milk any day over goats milk. I havent tried goats milk, but It doesnt sound very good..LOL

i would puke dzone lol. but u and i probably remeber about 30 yrs ago that was the thing is to get heavy and train down. i used soy protein and weider amino acid capsules and that was it. until creatine phosphate came out. that did work believe it or not. i think that phosphate added alot more strength but mono bloats you up more. water weight. i wish they still had creatine phosphate.
