If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
in last 1.5 months its been 2 hrs ed or night . i know its got to hurt my training. one good thing i get extra quality meals in like now, steak.

I think the tv definitely messes with your sleep. I have been using the sleep timer religiously lately. Most tvs have that option.
Nothing like waking up to a cheezy Infomercial a half hour before you have to get up. Not to mention your wondering all day why you have there urge to buy a snuggie.
