If you do %100 of course and don't stop I guess its pretty brutal. You can opt out of some obstacles and take your time if its too tough. I guess its kinds as hard as you make it. Running up and down a ski mountain carrying logs, etc.. the obstacles are one thing its the elevation change that gonna kill ya.
Crawl through drainage tubes 20ft that are half filled with water is pretty crazy.
