Though Justice Anthony Kennedy is often viewed as the swing vote on the current court, the administration isn't counting out the possibility it could win its case by persuading one of the so-called conservatives.

I wouldn't be surprised is a so called conservative votes in favor of it. I have never believed Obama Care would be repealed and I still don't think it will. If anything it may be modified and renamed something else by Republicans. The Supreme Court has the authority to interpret the Constitution however they choose. Obviously they don't abide by it, otherwise they wouldn't always come down with 5-4 rulings. How hard is it to read the Constitution and rule based on it. It's not as if it is hard to interpret, I mean most everything in it is very clear. These judges make deals just like the politicians I would bet. Let's hope for the best but I won't hold my breath.
