    Okay, I suppose you were expecting Madonna..
    ...but, it's just lil ole me


    I was just wondering something..

    1} What's your favorite bodybuilder's pose to do in the mirror when nobody's lookin' ?

    2} What's your favorite pose to see women do in competition?

    3} What's your favorite pose to see men do in competition?



    Pose names & descriptions~

    Compulsory Poses - MEN

    a. Front Double Bicep: Frontal flexed double biceps with flexed abdominal, feet together.
    b. Front Lat Spread: Frontal flexed double latissimus dorsi spread and flexed, feet together.
    c. Side Chest Pose: Side flexed biceps, deltoid with expanded chest and side leg flexed, side of athletes choice.
    d. Back Double Bicep: Back flexed double biceps, deltoids with flexed upper and lower back muscles, right leg to the rear and flexed.
    e. Back Double Lat Spread: Back flexed double latissimus dorsi spread with both legs flexed from the rear-knee slightly bent.
    f. Side Triceps Pose: Side flexed triceps, chest, and abdominal, side leg all on athletes' choice of side.
    g. Abdominal and Thighs: Front flexed abdominal (crunched), arms overhead, one leg forward and flexed in any position that shows the best definition and development.
    h. Most Muscular Pose (evening only): Hands on Hips, or Crab or your choice of any most muscular pose.



    Compulsory Poses - WOMEN

    a. Front Double Bicep: Front view, arms overhead at 45 degrees with hands open or clenched, either leg place out in front and to the side, contraction of the biceps, abdominal, thigh and calf muscles.
    b. Side Chest Pose: Your choice of side to judges, bent forward leg, heel raised, arm towards judges bent to 90 degrees, with palm upward, other arm on top of the wrist of the other hand. Contraction of the biceps, pectoral, thigh and calf muscles.
    c. Back Double Bicep: back facing judges, arms overhead at 45 degrees with hands open or closed, one leg placed backwards, contraction of both biceps, upper and lower back, thighs and calf muscles.
    d. Side Triceps Pose: Your choice of side to judges, leg facing judges either bent and up on calf, or extended backwards, arms are behind the back, arm facing judges straight, full flexion of triceps, other arm contacting wrist, contract pectoral, thigh and calf muscles.
    e. Abdominal and Thighs: Front view, hands behind head, one leg forward (your choice), flexed in any position, contraction of pectoral, abdominal and thigh muscles.

      I like the snake wrestling pose. I do that for about ten minutes I think.

      Anything with bi is good too.

                              I must admit, I either do a front lat spread or I hike my shorts leg up and do the old quad shake 'n flex......I feel like such a tool sometimes
