have read alot of posts were bros say they get alot of heartburn after they drink shakes why is this? and anyone have this problem ...

Its influx of HCL back up would be my guess. I drink mine fast and get heartburn quite a bit, this is my guess as to why.Comment

I have never had heartburn. A buddy of mine gets it daily, its seems like it can hurt. What does it feel like?
Oh blm, do you ever drink those ABB pre-made shakes? They taste great and I have never felt sick from one.Comment
