    it is difficult, yall can hate on it but its a helluva workout. alot different that just doing BB routines. it challenges cardio more than BB sets by a long shot. try it once, i got nothing but love for my bros and sis's here but i betit would kick most folks ass and they couldnt finish and if they did they would be dragging ass real bad.

    i dont care about muscle mass, i want functional muscle and the ability to utilize it for more than 1 minute at a a time.

        I'm a Powerlifter so yeah I'll hate on it but truth be told before Powerlifting I coached and reffed youth soccer and did a lot of cardio and running, I had to to keep up with the kids LOL.

        I so glad I'm so much stronger but I have always missed that endurance and stamina also but it's a pick and chose thing can't do both.
