Re: Road to the Nomination -- Republican Presidential Primary Guide

It is indeed time for the voters to have their say. However, if Ron Paul wins they will act like the voters don't count. The governor there already said that if Paul wins he will look to see who is in second and third for his state to support. How pathetic is that. That means literally to heck with democracy, the people are too stupid to know who they want representing them. But I've always felt our votes don't count. The party will nominate whoever it darn well pleases, regardless of what Americans want, and that goes for all of the candidates, not just Ron Paul. They want Romney on the ticket so Romney it will be. Unfortunately, Romney probably has the lowest chance of beating Obama out of all of them. But what is really crazy is how many Republicans like Romney even though he has been a very liberal Republican. I would think the neoconservatives and paleoconservatives would support Santorum over Romney, and Perry too for that matter. But I guess Santorum has been on a rise lately. Regardless of what happens though I have to say I have been extremely anxious to see the results in Iowa.
