    anything for local governments to squeeze money from their citizens.at least these kids aren't out there smoking crack or robbing old people.guess the cops don't have much to do if they have the time and resources to follow a hose to an ice rink...wow,huge bust of the year,lol...!

      Those kids were creative and found something to do close to home. Aren't there people on bicycles running stop signs that the cops could give tickets to instead?
