  • What Do You...

    eat for breakfast?
    for me getting a good breakfast is a big problem cause i get up goto work and get started. i usually eat two designer protein bars for breakfast... how about yall?

    10 egg whites
    1 cup of oatmeal
    1 PB&J Peter Pan reduced fat
    grits & toast
    1 cup of fat free TG Lee milk

    and that's it kid.

            Ironically I do ALL the cooking around the house, she can't cook kid. I get up every morning at 6 a.m just to make breakfast for the both of us, I'm the guy(or kid) who you would never think would do some of the shit I do. I'm really anal, clean and almost obsesive compulsive, know what I mean?


            She does ALL of the cleaning(as in kitchen).

                  yeah I hear you, I eat two packs of instant oatmeal with a scoop and a half of protein powder or 4 egg whites and 2 whole eggs with a one scoop protein shake or 3 scoop protein shake and a pb&j on whole wheat. that's it I try to eat any more I feel like I am gonna puke.

                    i eat cheerios ina fruit bowl or a dozen egg omle tor so sumtiems oatmeal and eggs or eggs whites and oat meal but i always got cereals cuz the carbs

                      I was blessed with some good ol’ food poisoning this morning from feasting on; raw salmon, tuna, milk, banana & oatmeal. As such I had to contribute frequent butt brownie donations to the porcelain god a minimum 8-10 times at work, and then some later today. My anus feels like its been beaten with a paddle and some trusty Jalapeno-peper was rubbed all over it.

                          You might want to switch that peter pan junk out for all natural PB. You need to throw some good fats in there to balance out the protein and carbs!!

                              Me too. Soon as my 12oclocker is done though...I usually stop in Blimpie and get the Italian (whatever they call it) footlong double stack on wheat. Chase it down with 60g whey. That I call my breakfast.
