  • What am I up to?

    It's been crazy busy over the last few months. But I have managed to start a bulking cycle and I have put on 20lbs so far. I was at 203 and I'm up to 224. My goal is 225 by Jan 1st. But looks like I'm there early which is awesome. I will start cardio again Jan 1st and start cutting this fat off. I will do a before and after picture before cutting. I hope everyone has reached their goals.

            I'm 5'11 . Probably not go over 230lbs and just maintain till the 1st of the year. Cut down. I kinda feel like a big blob right now with this extra weight. Of course everyone is like you are huge and that makes me feel better.

                Sust and Deca at every 3/4 days however it works out. 600 Sust and 600 EQ . Pretty close to it. But I have been eating like a champ to put on the weight. Drinking gainers and getting in more than my body weight of protein. Normally Sust and EQ but I wanted to see how Deca did and maybe help my joints out. I like the gains and size I have put on. Strength is way up and my chest finally grew.
