calgary is booming right now it wouldn't be to hard for you to find a job. Plus its cheaper to live in calgary then TO and we got a nicer city then TO aswell.

I have been hearing alot of good things about Calgary i think i might send my wife up there for a visit so she can check it out because like you said it would be easy for me to get a job and if she got one right away it would make things alot easier.

toronto itself is very expensive..... GTA (the suburbs) are much better and cheaper as well... there is some really nice areas...
i don't know anything about calgary tho... BullFX is from there.. ask him and see wat he thinks about it...
if i were u i'd go to TO and calgary for like few days and check both places out.. see how u feel about them...
my best friend is moving to vancouver next year... in few weeks we're gonna make a road trip to vancouver and stay there for 2 weeks or so... mostly cuz he wants to check it out..
i dont really like calgary... my dad is an environmental engineer and for his job toronto is the best place.. calgary is kinda shity... weather is dry and fuckin cold and summers are so hot u wana die... lol... but i guess there is alota jobs ( i guess!) and its the fastest growin city... lota people move here from sask.
