        How about something that happens if 2 players land on the same spot.

        1 of them has to drink a shot. Who is decided by playing rock-paper-scissors or by rolling the dice or something like that.

          but when you land on a property and you have to pay.

          You pay in alcohol like I explained and it is the owner that must drink

            OK.. do something with "Chance" or "community chest" or something then.

            Maybe take each card and mark with numbers 0-3. When they draw that card they have to drink that many shots.
