Salt
Who watches thier salt intake? I don't go crazy with it but I do not watch how much I take in. I know to much is bad, but what are yalls thoughts on how much to eat or not eat???

I do, but i admit i do only use sea salt and its usually on a steak, baked potato or baked/grilled chicken or fish only. I dont put it on everything else. The thing is to take in enough water to get it out of your system.sigpicComment
