Fish oil. , D3 and a scoop of Perfect Food powder...I think its a toss up between those..Turmeric is another one that I think is a must. I take handfuls of those every day. -

since protein is a given and i don't even consider it a supplement anymore. I woudl have to go with my preworkout supp. Supremacy is by far the best thing on the market hands down. ever since i have started using a preworkout things have been happening, then when i started using this product lots of things started happening.Comment
