    When I pulled a 585 sldl. Then I stopped training like I wasn't 42. Lol.

      Well I havent trained legs in years due to I just dont have to naturakly gifted well now ive been working out on them and its time to see how big tey can get

        mine was pressing 315 barbell...took me FOREVER!!! then i developed elbow probs and stopped benching altogether....now i blew my tendon out on 80lb dumbells!! looking back, it was after i did 315 for 5 that i started having elbow probs....hmmm.....

          I've been training since i was 15. I am now 46, 31 freakin years of this, and in better shape than i was when i was 20-25. My milestones come annually and is to maintain for the next 10 years.

            I dont really have any gym milestones anymore, I just have mirror milestones now. I use to be more interested in pushing heavy weight though. My last gym milestone I'd say was breaking the 400# plateau on bench. My senior year of HS I hit 410# weighing 205# at 18 y/o. Havent pushed big weights since though. Too scared I'm gonna get hurt. My elbow hurts as is with the lighter weights I push around now. Heaviest I've gone on Bench in recent years was around 345ish and even that I wont mess with anymore. I just stick to lighter weight and high reps with very low rest in between.

              ^ and that wasnt all natty. My max all natty was 345lbs, the 410 was with the help of test prop.

                I dunno. Maybe Squatin(ass to heels) and deadliftin 505 for 10...Havent done it in a while

                  Well..its been a rough year in and out of the hospital, but ive been back at it about 6wks now and startin to see my abs again is nice!

                    oh....getting this damn elbow fixed and getting back to REALLY hitting some weight will be nice!!
