as some of you know it was a bad couple years for us.... we lost a couple hundred grand in a biz at a time when there was no jobs to find. we were bouncing from job to job and not able to make a living, relying on un-employment to try to raise a family of 4 and put our oldest through school in another state. we lost both our dads within 90 days of each other....its just been a bad couple yrs! well, we got behind on a 1600 mortgage payment and entered the motification program....what a fukin joke this bullshyt is!! they had us jumping throuhg hoops for 14months!!! in feb i finally secured a very good job....back in a field i excell at.after 6 or 7 months i've had 3 very, very good months and the rest were barely marginal. well, i been faxing shyt and streeing over this motification and yesturday we finally got a decission....I MAKE TOO MUCH MONEY TO QUALIFY!!!! WTF??!! after 2 yrs of loosing everything, bankruptcy, busting my ass to provide fukin heat, i have 3 good months and i make too much fukin money??! what a bunch of shyt!! now they want me to bring all 14months up or get out!! i swear to god i will strip this mother fuker to the rafters!!! im really just fukin amazed!! i thaught the fukins of life was in the rearview mirror, but the shyt keeps coming at me!! if your in this program, get a lawyer to work throu the bullshyt and help manuver you into a position other than the one i find myself in...i didnt have to claim ALL the money i did, i just didnt want to be turned down becouse i made to little....aint no winning with these fukers!!

There is no help for the hard working and responsible. Our work and ethics just pays for pieces of crap that abuse the system. The guidelines for these programs and loans etc..nowadays have zero room for anyone to be subjective on the situation. You either fit the guidelines or not and it certainly doesn't make sense most of the time.

Lesson learned don't work hard if you acted like most in your situation and just sit back and take advantage of the govt entitlements you would have ur 1% mortgage rate. They don't wanna help people like you they want to help people that refuse to help themselves.

That is a bunch of crap and real sorry to hear. Unfortunately and as noted above, our country does not have it's priorties in place. It disgusts me to read that we are sending mucho dollars over seas to help other countries but we can't help those in our own back yard!

yea...i called sat morning and talked to my rep. they have an inhouse motification program that i MAY qualify for. without coming out and actually say this, it was implied that houses in my area are turning over relatively fast compaired to the national market and the prices seem to be holding well. so...not much of an incentive for them to really do much i guess. supposed to get a call today about what we cqan do...sounds like, they really dont want the house still, (though its less of a risk than many and may be good for a short sale if nothing else), they may atleast roll all the past due and let me continue with what i have for a payment withiout any motification....i should get a call today about it. just fukin pisses me off....regardless of my gross, i'm still not making it really...i owe alot of people money's i barrowed for heat and grocerys and shyt over the last 2yrs!! they dont take anything that dosent report to the credit beauru into consideration!!! i dont know....whatever happens, happens

Considering the economy and the massive foreclosers, the banks really don't want your house. too much additional expense for them as well. If your making payments now, they should leave you the f&*^ alone.

well...aint making yet!! first payment is nov 1st. i know they dont want my house...they aint a realastate company. but it's sure a fukin pain in the azz to do this shyt. they might just end up with it regardless if they want it or not.

What the hell man! Would they rather have an empty house! I hate hearing that stuff. A hard working person working, for WHAT!? My friends dad just walked away from 10 acres and house they built by hand. The place is just sitting there now.

A couple years ago a similar thing happened to a different friend and we stripped all the copper out of it. I still wasn't happy with that, so I started burning the 2x4's from the walls in the fireplace. Yeah, I'm a jerk.
