My friend (smart ass) just had to tell one of them a joke.
A marine and seal were using the restroom. The seal gets done and goes to the sink to wash his hands. When the marine gets done he starts to head out the door, when the seal asks, don't the marines teach you to wash your hands. The marine replied, doesnt the navy teach you not to piss on your hands.

Two girls from that MTV show "Tuff Enough" work out at my gym, plus when a local show came to town, all of the fitness competitors and bodybuilders alike came in, too. We saw King Kamali and Vince Taylor in one day.......King's nothing like Titus says he is.....he was a totally approachable, cool guy to talk to
Phil Phister, doubt anyone knows him, but he does very well in the world's strongest man competitions. He's a fire fighter and a MONSTER about 10 miles from my house..... he's a cool guy, but he hogs the squat rack.
