Ok, so when I am on the interstate hiway, I will sometimes pull off the off ramp and take a whiz. Its not in the city or anything.
Someone just told me that you can be charged with indecent exposure and then have to register as a sex offender if you get caught going #1 outside..come on...for real? For going #1? Thats nuts.
i didnt know about the sex offender part, but i know you can get indecent exposure charge...i guess that is a sexual type offence, but i believe it is bullshyt too!!

easy to beat that. if no one saw the "member" then there was no exposure. we changed our city ordinance to "urinating in public" because it is so easily beaten.
there must be an offended party other than the officer in a case like that. and that person must go to court and testify what they saw (if the defendant chooses to plead not guilty as I would)
